Complete the online submission form, upload any required documentation or images, review your submission for accuracy and submit the information by following all of the directions provided. Once we receive and review your submission, if it is accepted, your rebate amount will be mailed via USPS to the address you provided, or sent electronically through PayPal.

All offers require documentation in order to process them. If you do not provide the required documents, your submission will be invalid and will not be processed.
A maximum of four files can be added to each submission.
Depending on the selection you made in the Rebate Selection, your rebate will be shipped to the address provided in the Customer Information section of the submission process or added to the PayPal account associated with the email you provided.

Confirm that the files are in the correct format (JPEG, GIF or PNG). Your file may have exceeded the size limit of 5 MB per image. If this is the case, the file will not upload.

A tracking number is a unique code assigned to your submission. Knowing your tracking number will allow you to track your submission online. It will also help customer service representatives locate your submission should you need any assistance.
